Product Writer

Soluto is looking for a versatile Product/UX Writer to partner with design, product, engineering, research, and marketing to shape great user experiences across the web, mobile, and other devices. You’re a storyteller, editor, and product thinker who knows your audience and can create compelling experiences that empowers and delights users. You will play a vital role in defining user experience, and evolving Soluto’s brand, voice, and creative standards.


What you’ll do:


  • Write clear, consistent, concise product copy (onboarding, notifications, error messages, dashboards, messaging experience, expert side experience, landing pages, websites. Emails and more).
  • Keep the consistency of terms, language level, and voice and tone across the whole product.
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to create meaningful, human experiences.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Create and help maintain writing guidelines that are in line with Soluto’s brand and voice.
  • Write and help other team members to write professional blog posts and presentations
  • Recommend product names and messaging for new products.
  • Champion the value of UX writing among other teams and nurture content across all channels.

  • You have a conceptual mind that considers not just copy, but design and visuals as well.
  • Detail-oriented and grammar geek.


Your background:


  • 3 years or more of experience writing or editing for B2C digital products.
  • Degree in creative writing, journalism, marketing, copywriting, screenwriting or the like.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Native English Speaker - a must.
  • Background in creative writing such as advertising agency, brand agency, writing for media etc - a plus.
  • Required! - Please provide a portfolio of work that shows a range of content you’ve created, such as interaction flows, emails, product tours, and style guides.
