In this role you will be in charge of the reception area, welcoming guests, suppliers, and couriers and navigate them to the right place. You will also need to resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise and act fast to solve the ones that are now happening, sometimes using your creative thinking to give solutions on the spot.
This is a role for someone who loves to work as part of a team and is a super responsible and positive person who will enjoy figuring out how to get things done, in a legal and cost-efficient matter, even if you’ve never done them before.
We are located in central Tel Aviv and the position is full time, on some days 10:30-19:30 and other days 8:30-17:30 (flexibility is needed and may require overtime when there are events)
